In most cases a request to our support team can be submitted via the game by accessing the "Support" section in the in-game settings menu.
However, if you can't launch the Little Big Robots App or don't have access to the game, please contact us by email instead at: lbr-support@pixonic.com
Describe your issue in detail and don't forget to include your nickname/in-game ID tag, and the platform you're playing on (iOS or Android).
