If you're experiencing poor game performance (low graphical frame rate) or crashes (game force closing) while playing Little Big Robots, take a look at the following standard troubleshooting tips:
-
Close all unused applications running in the background and restart your device. This will clear up memory:
• On the iPhone X series (and higher), iPhone 8, or iPhone 8 Plus: press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Power button until the Apple logo appears, then release the button;
• On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until the Apple logo appears, then release the buttons;
• On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: press and hold the Power and Home buttons until you see the Apple logo on the screen, then release the buttons;
- Make sure your device has enough free storage space available: Settings → General → About;
- Free up space if necessary: remove unused applications, photos and videos;
- Check if there're any software/firmware updates for your device: Settings → General → Software. It's not always possible to roll back to older versions, so be careful and proceed at your own risk.
As Little Big Robots evolves it might get more resource-intensive, and the overall performance may be different from what it used to be over time: game performance depends directly on technical specifications of a device. Sad as it is, Little Big Robots likely will not run super smoothly on older devices.
NOTE: We also don't offer support for jailbroken devices. If you're using one there's no guarantee that Little Big Robot is going to run issue-free.
